This R980XR and DST2420X package is the middle-ground choice for buyers who want more tire-changing capability than a basic 20-inch setup, but do not need the added assist features of a dual-assist or tilt-back tire changer. It gives shops a wider-capacity tire machine paired with a proven balancer that keeps the correction side simple, accurate, and efficient. For general repair shops, tire service departments, and serious garages, the package approach makes equipment planning easier. The R980XR handles the mounting and demounting work, the DST2420X handles balance correction, and the combined setup gives users a coordinated workflow with a stronger value story than buying one machine at a time.
